These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user of our services ("User", "you", or "your"), and Code Studio Collective, Inc. ("CSC", "we", "us", or "our").

These Terms govern your access to and use of our websites, applications, hosted tools, portals, communication platforms, and any other services operated by or on behalf of CSC (collectively, the "Platform").

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to accept these Terms. If you're using our services on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind it.

2. Definitions

• "Platform": All CSC services including public sites, portals, tools, and hosted systems.
• "Client": Any party who receives services from CSC.
• "User": Anyone accessing CSC’s Platform.
• "Portal": Secure login areas such as project dashboards and client admin tools.
• "Content": All code, designs, materials, and data delivered or made accessible via the Platform.

3. Scope of Services

CSC provides websites, web apps, software tools, hosting, donation systems, mentorship platforms, and project collaboration spaces. Some services are public; others require credentials.

4. Use of the Platform

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for illegal, harmful, or deceptive purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to CSC systems
• Transmit malware or interfere with service operation
• Store PHI without a written HIPAA agreement
• Misrepresent your affiliation with CSC

5. Account Access & Security

You are responsible for protecting your credentials. CSC is not liable for unauthorized access due to negligence in maintaining account security.

6. Privacy & Data

Your use of our Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy. Clients handling PHI must ensure HIPAA compliance and may request a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) if required.

7. Donations

Donations are processed securely through third-party platforms. CSC does not store payment data. Donations are non-refundable unless required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content is the property of CSC or its licensors. No reproduction, distribution, or modification is permitted without written authorization.

9. Submissions & Feedback

Suggestions, bug reports, or feature requests you submit may be used by CSC without compensation or obligation.

10. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with tools like Stripe, GitHub, or Google. CSC is not responsible for their reliability, security, or terms.

11. Communications

By using the Platform, you consent to receive service-related emails and notices. You may opt out of non-essential updates.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." CSC disclaims all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

CSC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CSC and its team from any claims or damages resulting from your violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. All disputes must be resolved in Washington or Tulsa County, Oklahoma.

16. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with a revised Effective Date.

17. Severability

If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CSC regarding use of the Platform.
